Yogurt contains good bacteria that your stomach needs to stay healthy. If your stomach is upset, it may be low on those bacteria. Eat a container of yogurt and wait twenty minutes to see if you feel better before you move on to different foods.

You can find ginger in ginger ale, ginger snaps, ginger bread and in a pill form. You may want to start off slowly and sip ginger ale until you start to feel a little better. Than you can move on to some ginger bread. Once you know you aren't going to vomit, you can begin drinking the ginger ale at a normal pace.

That means tacos and oranges are out, and bananas and rice are in. While eating bland foods, you also want to make sure you have healthy foods in your body so that it can begin to heal itself.
